Former Governor Dave Heineman re-states his opposition to expanded Medicaid that would provide health coverage for up to 90,000 Nebraskans. Heineman cites several reasons why it will be too expensive for Nebraskans to afford the coverage without raising taxes and/or cutting vital funding for other services like education.
