Lincoln Uber Driver Arrested For Drunk Driving

A Lincoln Uber driver was the one who needed a ride on Saturday after reportedly driving drunk while fulfilling a ride.

Lincoln Police say Sean McMullen was driving erratically and asked his passengers for marijuana, which prompted them to call police.

Officers were called to a disturbance near 45th and A streets shortly before 3:30 Saturday morning and they say when they arrived McMullen was drunk. Police performed a breathalyzer test and say he had a blood alcohol level of .233, nearly three times the legal limit.

McMullen was arrested on Suspicion of DUI (second offense), Reckless Driving, Disturbing the Peace and for not having insurance.
