A motorcyclist critically injured in a crash at 36th and Redick Avenue Sunday morning has died. Fire and rescue personnel were called to the scene just after 6:00 a.m.

Police said the rider was southbound on 36th Avenue when his 2001 Kawasaki hit a curb and lost control. Investigators say 33 year old Troy Minnifield and his motorcycle slid about 90 feet before coming to rest.
