Omaha Police Investigate Fireworks Tent Robbery

Omaha Police are looking for a gunman who robbed a fireworks tent early Wednesday morning near 90th and Bedford Avenue

Police responded to the Wild Willy's Fireworks tent to investigate a report of a robbery around 5:30 a.m. Officers spoke with a man who was working overnight, guarding the merchandise, when a white man in his mid-20s, with tattoos on both arms and wearing a red tank top lifted the tent and entered.

The suspect then exited the tent, retrieved a handgun and entered the tent again. The suspect pointed the gun at the man guarding the tent and then forced him to assist in loading fireworks into a white SUV.

The suspect was accompanied by a white female in her 20s.
