Stoneman Douglas High School Students Come To Omaha For Town Hall

As part of their 'Road to Change' tour students from Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland Florida visited Omaha.

The students were there when seventeen people, fourteen students and three staff membrs, were gunned down and killed. Now many of the students campaign for gun control legislation.

The students were joined by activists from St. Louis, Chicago and students from Omaha.

Close to 300 people attended the meeting at the Hilton Omaha in Downtown Omaha to listen to the students and engage in the conversation about gun control. The students answered submitted questions as well as those of the crowd in attendance.

Prior to Omaha the tour was in Kansas City and will be in Sioux City Iowa on Thursday.
