Council Bluffs Police are asking for the public's help in locating two suspects they say robbed a woman at gunpoint Monday night.
Authorities say the 30 year old victim, an Omaha woman, told officers she was robbed by two armed, black men in the parking lot of the Cottonwood Apartment complex near 34th and Avenue H just before 9:00. The woman suffered minor injuries during the incident.
Officers in the area were not able to locate the suspects, but the woman was able to provide descriptions of the men. One suspect is described as 5'6" with short, afro hair and was wearing a red shirt and jeans. The second suspect was about 6'0" tall with a slim build, also wearing a red shirt.
