Elkhorn Man Sentenced In Child Pornography Case

An Elkhorn man has been sentenced to six years in a federal prison after pleading guilty to charges of possessing child pornography. 

46 year old Douglas Goldsberry was arrested in 2017 after he ordered escorts to his neighbors' homes without their knowledge.  During that investigation, authorities seized his electronic devices and found child pornography images and videos on two of them.

Currently, Goldsberry is serving time for pandering convictions related to that initial arrest. His federal sentence will be served concurrently with his state sentence. Upon release, the judge ordered that he also have ten years of supervised release.
