Omaha Police have arrested a 25-year-old man for the deadly shooting of another man outside the Bucky's near 102nd and Maple late Thursday night.
Keiandre Kellogg has been booked for 1st-Degree Murder, Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony, and Possession of a Gun by a Prohibited Person in the murder of 22 year old Jeremiah Plater.
Officers on scene said Plater was pumping gas when three shots rang out. He was hit in the chest/abdomen area.
Kellogg was arrested Friday by OPD Homicide Detectives.
