Arrest Made In A Drive-By Shooting

Omaha Police made an arrest in the May 17th investigation at 48th Avenue and Pinkney Street of a drive-by shooting.  Police found four casings on the sidewalk and two bullets that hit the siding of the house. 

Police had issued a felony warrant for 18 year old Jaquan Marion.  Detectives from the OPD Gang Unit were able to locate Marion on Wednesday, June 6th and he was booked into jail for shooting at an occupied dwelling.  An additional charge of gun used in a felony was also added at the time of the booking. 

There was one person inside the home at the time of the shooting and police say she was not the intended victim.  No one was hurt.
