Three people were injured in a one vehicle crash that happened during a heavy thunderstorm Tuesday afternoon in Saunders County.
Sheriff Kevin Stukenholtz tells NewsRadio 1110 KFAB a pickup pulling a camping trailer was hit by a gust of wind on Highway 92 between Yutan and Mead and blew over onto a guardrail.
Three adults were rescued from the wreckage and taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The highway was closed in both directions during the clean-up and investigation. It has since re-opened.
