An Amber Alert has been issued for Rashaun Graves, a 4-month-old black boy from Waterloo, Iowa. The suspect vehicle is a gray Nissan Sentra with an Oregon license plate 067JYL. The abductor is Sarah Nagy Brown, a 28-year-old white female. She is 5' 1" and 150 lbs with red blonde hair and blue eyes. The alert was issued at 9:30 AM and police believe the suspect is en route to Texas.
