Two people are behind bars and another is still on the run after a chase around 1:30 this morning on I-80. The Nebraska State Patrol tried to stop a vehicle but the driver took off. Three people inside then took off running near 18th and Spring Street.
One person was arrested but the second wasn't so lucky. Law enforcement sent in a police dog who bit the suspect. That person was taken to a hospital for treatment. The third person is still on the run.
