After several seasons playing the role of Larry Culpepper in a series of Dr. Pepper commercials, Omaha native Jim Connor, says the soft drink company has decided to end the campaign. Connor, a 1979 graduate of Creighton Prep, said the decision "rocked my world" and that the job had been "an incredible gig".
