Omaha Police have identified the man who was struck and killed by a semi on I-680 between 48th and 60th Street early Monday morning.
Investigators say 25 year old Zachary Crinklaw was struck by a red 2002 Peterbilt semitruck around 4:45 a.m. and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say Crinklaw walked into the path of the truck from the westbound outside shoulder. Police closed the westbound lanes west of 48th Street for several hours during the investigation, which is ongoing.
