Omaha Police have arrested a 17-year-old in the shooting death of Kayviaun Nelson in the parking lot of the Irvington Walmart last week.
Omaha Police confirm Marcus Wheeler was taken into custody on Tuesday. 21 year old Kayviaun Nelson was shot and killed in the parking lot of the Irvington Walmart last week.
Investigators believe Nelson got into a confrontation with Wheeler and Daion Williams at a Dollar General store and they followed her to the Walmart.
One of Kayviaun's two sons was also in the SUV when she was shot. Williams was arrested by Omaha Police last week.
