A motorcyclist is dead after a hit and run crash during the morning commute. The crash was at 32nd and Q Streets around 6:45 Wednesday morning.
Lt. John Sokolik says the motorcycle was eastbound on Q when it was struck by a vehicle that was northbound on 32nd St. The driver took off from the scene. Police are still trying to determine who was driving and the vehicle that was involved.
The motorcycle rider, believed to be around 30 years old, was pronounced dead at the scene.
