Lincoln Police are looking for whoever stole a puppy from an apartment on Monday. The 19 year old dog owner told police that her "American Bully" puppy was left at home at 2:30 p.m. When she returned around 6:30, the animal was gone.
The puppy is 12 weeks old and named "Harley". The woman said someone gained entry through an unlocked ground level window of her apartment in the 6600 block of Havelock Avenue.
"Harley" has an oval shaped birthmark on her tail and had not been micro-chipped yet. Harley was recently given to the victim as a gift and was valued at approximately $700.
