The son of former Nebraska Athletic Director Shawn Eichorst has pleaded not guilty in a Lancaster County court.
On Tuesday, eighteen year old Jack Eichorst pleaded not guilty to a charge of Distributing Child Pornography and waived his right to appear for his arraignment. Eichorst was originally arrested in November of 2017 for sexual assault, but that charge was later dropped.
Police reports showed that police discovered that Eichorst had photos and videos of underage children in sexual positions on his phone, prompting the pornography charge.
Eichorst was released from custody on a $10,000 personal recognizance bond and is not allowed to use the internet. He will be back in court on April 4th.
