Iowa Family Found Dead In Mexican Condo

A family of four from Creston, Iowa was found dead Friday in their Mexican condo.  41-year-old Kevin Sharp, his 38-year-old wife Ann, 12-year-old son Sterling and seven-year-old daughter Adrianna, left Iowa March 15th for Tulum, Mexico. They had not been heard from since confirming they had arrived in Mexico.

Family member Ashli Peterson posted a plea on Facebook Thursday night looking for help in locating the Sharp's.  It stated that the Sharp family left the United States on March 15th on their way to Tulum Mexico.

They were to have boarded a plane from Cancun on the 21st and were due in St. Louis by 6 p.m. on that date but family members have not had contact with them since last Thursday.

The disappearance was reported to Creston Police shortly after midnight Friday morning. Missing Person reports were entered into a nationwide database. Officers made contact with the State Department and a welfare check was done at the condo where the family was staying. The bodies were discovered inside.

Autopsies are being performed and results are pending.
