Bond Raised For Suspect In Deadly DUI Crash

A Sarpy County judge has raised the bond for a suspect in a deadly DUI case.

Paige Seaton will have to turn herself in by noon on Wednesday if she cannot post bond after a judge raised it up to $1 million. Seaton is the suspect in the October 4, 2017 crash that killed fifteen year old Alexandra Linscott. Authorities say Seaton's car crossed the center line on northbound Highway 50 near Riha Road and collided with Elisa Linscott's southbound vehicle. Alexandra was pronounced dead at the scene. Elisa suffered critical injuries in the crash and Seaton suffered serious injuries.

After the crash a Sarpy County Sheriff's Deputy found an open container of alcohol inside Seaton's car. Authorities say her blood alcohol level was .180, over twice the legal limit.
