Police Investigate Deaths Of Bellevue Couple

An investigation is underway in Bellevue after the bodies of an elderly couple were discovered in their home Thursday night. 

Bellevue Police say officers were called to a mobile home near 29th Avenue and Hancock Street just before 7:30 for a well-being check. Authorities say a neighbor contacted police after not seeing the couple for a few days. Once officers arrived on the scene, acting on information from the neighbor, they gained access into the home. Inside the hoe officers located the body of a 64 year old woman and 65 year old man. 

Police say they do not suspect foul play at this time. Autopsies have been scheduled to assist in the investigation and determine the cause of death. The couples identities have not been released at this time as police are working to locate next of kin. The incident remains under investigation.
