A judge has set bond at $30,000 for Hollie Budka-Hernandez, who's accused of twisting the genitals of a five year old child.
The boy told investigators it was the result of wetting the bed. Prosecutors said in court Wednesday that on January 28th, the child had been visiting his father. Budka is the father's girlfriend.
The victim's mother later noticed marks on the child's neck and genitals and called authorities. Responding officers found marks on the child's neck, bruising on a leg and bruised genitals.
Budka-Hernandez is due back in court in March.
