Another storm system is expected to move into the Omaha metro Tuesday afternoon after a system blanketed the city on Monday.
By 12:00 PM, snow showers will begin to develop for counties to the west of the metro. Light to moderate snow will move into the metro around 2:00.
Snow should move out of the area around 9:00 to 10:00. One to three inches could be possible with higher amounts along the Nebraska/Kansas state line.
On Wednesday, expect sunshine with highs in the mid 20's with wind speeds at five to fifteen miles per hour. Thursday will see temperatures above freezing, but not much melting to expected take place.
