Col. Bolduc Confirmed As NSP Superintendent

Today, members of the Nebraska Legislature voted to confirm the appointment of Colonel John A. Bolduc as Superintendent of Law Enforcement and Public Safety.

Col. Bolduc was appointed to lead the Nebraska State Patrol (NSP) by Governor Pete Ricketts and took the oath of office on October 16, 2017 as administered by Secretary of State John Gale.

“I’d like to thank the many members of the legislature I’ve had the opportunity to speak with over the last few months,” said Col. Bolduc, Superintendent of the Nebraska State Patrol. “Through those conversations and my discussions with NSP personnel, it is clear we share a common goal: to keep Nebraska safe. I look forward to the opportunities ahead of us to enhance the great work already being done by troopers and civilian staff all across Nebraska.”
