Police Hunt For Robbery Suspect

Omaha police are asking for the public's help in finding this robbery suspect.  On Saturday, January 27th, the panic alarm went off at Payday Express at 101 South 39th Street just after 9 a.m.

A witness told police that the man armed with a handgun walked into the store and demanded cash.  The suspect was told that the safe was not yet open so the man left empty-handed.  He was last seen northbound on 39th Street.

Omaha police ask that anyone with information call Crime Stoppers at 402-444-STOP.  Tips leading to an arrest where a firearm is recovered are eligible for an enhanced reward of up to $1,000.
