A father is dead and his son is behind bars after a Tuesday night shooting.
Omaha Police say 79 year old William Bunderson Sr. was shot by his son, 55 year old William Bunderson Jr., around 11:00. A caller to 911 said that her son had shot her husband at a home near 65th and Jaynes.
Bunderson Sr. was pronounced dead at the scene. Bunderson Jr. was booked into Douglas County Jail on charges of First Degree Murder and Use of a Gun to Commit a Felony.
