One man is in the hospital after being shot inside the Rose and Crown Pub in Downtown Omaha early Monday morning.
Omaha Police say 51 year old Frank Rizzuto was shot around 1:45 during an altercation at the bar. He was taken to Nebraska Medicine in critical condition, but his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Investigators say the shooting was caught on camera and they are looking at the recording to piece together what happened. A suspect was seen fleeing southbound on foot from the scene. He is described as Hispanic, 6 ft, thin build wearing a dark hoodie.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 444-STOP.
