OPPD officials say nearly 1,800 customers are without power following a vehicle crash near 168th and Ida Monday morning. The crash caused a pole to be damaged and knocked down wires. "Our team is responding to make repairs. Please remember the safety tips below with regards to downed wires. We could be seeing more of these problems in the slick driving conditions," says OPPD's Jodi Baker.
There are also about 1,300 customers without power in Dodge County and a number of scattered outages, 4,100 in total at this time. "Our crews are working to get to the affected areas and troubleshoot causes so that repairs can be made."
