One man is recovering after rolling his car in the early morning hours on Monday.
Omaha Police say just before 3:30, 23 year old Tyler Ingram was driving his 2009 Nissan Altima eastbound on Dodge Street when the car left the roadway. The Altima struck and uprooted a light pole in the Bruegger's Bagels parking lot, near 41st Street, causing the vehicle to roll over onto its roof.
Alcohol use is a factor in this crash. Ingram was taken to Nebraska Medicine to be treated for a broken leg and was cited by police for Reckless Driving and DUI.
