Bellevue Police say a man who followed and confronted a tow truck driver on Thursday was arrested for DUI.
50 year old Kendal Stutz was booked into Sarpy County Jail for 3rd Offense DUI after authorities say he allegedly followed a snow plow driver. Police say Stutz was upset about a driver plowing his driveway shut. Stutz is accused of following the city plow back to their shop and yelled at the driver.
The plow driver told police Stutz smelled strongly of alcohol. Stutz was arrested by Bellevue officers and booked in jail.
