Woman Carjacked Outside Benson Library

Omaha Police are looking for two men who teammed up to steal a car from a woman at the Omaha Public Library branch in Benson on Wednesday evening. 

Officers responded to 6001 Binney Street for a reported carjacking.  Officers met with the victim who said she was approached by a male suspect in the library who asked to use her phone which she refused.  

The woman said she was then approached by another male in the parking lot as she left the library who demanded her keys to her vehicle.  After the victim refused, the second suspect pulled a handgun from his waistband and demanded the victims keys.  The suspect then took her purse and both males involved took the victims vehicle and drove away in an unknown direction. 

The vehicle stolen is a White 2003 Infinity FX35 SUV with Nebraska plates UKC357.  The suspects are described as black males in their mid teens.  one was wearing a black coats, black half mask and had a black handgun.

The second suspect was wearing a dark green or black, puffy coat.
