Omaha Police have identified the three men who were killed in a head-on crash on I-480 early Sunfay morning.
Investigators say 32 year old Alvaro Contreras was driving a 2014 Chevy Cruze northbound in the southbound lanes of JFK just before 1:00 and slammed into a car that was southbound on I-480.
Contreras and the two men in the other vehicle, 33 year old Homer Guerrero and 36 year old Alberto Longino-Maldonado, were pronounced dead at the scene,
Omaha Police say both drivers had been drinking. The Nebraska State Patrol and the State Department of Roads were on scene to assist with the closure. Lanes were closed for about six hours.
