Three Arrested, One Wounded After Omaha Shooting

Three people were arrested Friday afternoon after someone was shot near 102nd and West Maple.  Omaha police received reports of multiple shots fired in the area near the intersection around 4:30 and officers found one person with a gunshot wound to the arm. 

Initial reports indicated that the people in a red car were shooting at another vehicle. Shortly after arriving, police identified a car fitting the description of the shooters. 

They attempted to pull the vehicle over and a chase ensued. Omaha Police called in Abel 1 to assist with the search from the air. 

Police finally stopped the vehicle near the area of 53rd and Seward street where the driver and two passengers got out and ran. 

The trio of suspects were apprehended by police in connection with this shooting.
