Council Bluffs police make an arrest in a robbery Friday night near 2nd Avenue and South 8th Street. The victim told police that around 9 p.m. he was approached by the suspect, Shane Vancleave who wanted the victim to go to another residence. The victim refused and Vancleave then head-butted him in the forehead causing a cut. He then took the victim's cell phone and charger.
Bluffs police located Vancleave who had both items in in his possession. Vancleave was then booked for 2nd degree robbery.
