Police are investigating an overnight shooting after the victim showed up at a hospital seeking treatment. Police say it happened just after 3 a.m. The victim, 27 year old Floresha Thomas is expected to recover.
Thomas was in a vehicle with three others and they reported to police the were in the area of 24th and Leavenworth when shots were fired.
Officers attempted to locate a scene but found no evidence. The investigation continues.
