A 77 year old Council Bluffs man has been found guilty on a laundry list of charges in connection to the sexual assault of a young girl.
On Tuesday, a Pottawattamie County jury found Donald Brammer guilty on charges of sexual abuse, False Imprisonment and Stalking.
Prosecutors say Brammer, a former Boys and Girls Club youth volunteer, had made the eleven year old girl strip down and then locked her in a bathroom. The girl, now fourteen years old, said he also gave her drinks that tasted funny and made her fall asleep, and that Brammer had sexually assaulted her.
Brammer's attorney says he will still fight the allegations, as there is a lack of physical evidence and the story boils down to he said, she said.
Brammer could face over 190 years in prison once sentenced on December 4th.
