An Omaha elementary school teacher went to the hospital Tuesday after being struck by a car driven by another teacher.
Westside Community Schools officials say the incident happened outside Hillside School near 75th and western Tuesday morning. One teacher was taken to the hospital for an examination and was released. The teacher behind the wheel was shaken up by the incident and went home.
Substitute teachers were called to fill in. The district says they are "supporting both employees involved in the accident."
