More flights offering direct service will be coming to Omaha's Eppley Airfield next year.
Eppley officials announced on Wednesday that American Airlines will begin twice daily nonstop service between Omaha and Philadelphia International Airport beginning Friday, May 4, 2018.
The schedule for the new service is as follows:
- Omaha to Philadelphia
- Depart: 5:54 AM Arrive: 9:50 AM
- Depart: 1:05 PM Arrive: 4:59 PM
- Philadelphia to Omaha
- Depart: 10:30 AM Arrive: 12:35 PM
- Depart: 5:39 PM Arrive: 7:52 PM

American will fly this new route with a two-class Embraer E-175 aircraft seating 76 passengers. Philadelphia will become the seventh nonstop destination that American Airlines will serve from Omaha.
