Nebraska State Patrol Makes Drug Bust On I-80

Nebraska State Patrol troopers seized nearly 25 pounds of drugs during a traffic stop Monday morning.

Authorities say just before 11:30 a Kia Sorento was clocked going 87 MPH on I-80 near Seward when troopers stopped the vehicle. After speaking with the driver, troopers decided there was probably cause to search the car.

Once inside the vehicle, troopers found twenty packages of methamphetamine, totaling 20.2 pounds, and seven packages marijuana, weighing 4.5 pounds. The drugs have an estimated street value of $225,000.

The driver, 45 year old Sean David Kramer, of Prescott, Arizona was arrested on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver, and No Drug Tax Stamp.
