The woman wanted for shooting a fifteen year old North High student over the weekend was arrested by Omaha Police Monday afternoon.
Authorities say 25 year old Catessa Barnum is currently being held at Douglas County Corrections for First Degree Felony Assault and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony.
Barnum is accused of shooting Shadaisja Hill while the teen sat in her mother's car near 36th and Lake around 2:15 Saturday morning. Hill was taken to the CHI emergency clinic on 24th and Cuming by her mother and then transported to Bergan Mercy. Hill was declared brain dead, but remains on life support while her organs are harvested for donation.
