An Amber Alert has been issued out of Clay County, Iowa after three children were abducted around 7:30 Tuesday morning from Royal, Iowa. Eight-year-old twins and a 4-year-old were taken by Danica Noel Arzaga.
Officials are looking for a 2003 Maroon Cadillac CTS with Iowa license plate 561XEY. The vehicle may be headed to northwest Iowa or Minnesota.
