Elkhorn Man Found Guilty Of Pandering

A man accused of sending prostitutes to a house in his neighborhood for his own pleasure pleaded no contest to pandering Tuesday.

Prosecutors said that Douglas Goldsberry sent prostitutes to his neighbor's home for years so that he could watch them strip naked on their front porch from the comfort of his own kitchen.

"The defendant would promise them money in exchange of the actions they were doing, unbeknownst to the girls or owners of the house," a prosecutor said. "The defendant was also taping some of the girls from his kitchen window across the street."

In exchange for his no contest plea, a charge of soliciting prostitution was dropped.  Goldsberry will be sentenced on November 3 and he could get four years in prison and a $25-thousand fine, or both.
