Omaha Police say four children who were the subject of an Amber Alert Friday afternoon have been found and are safe.
Officer Phil Anson says around 9:30 Thursday night the guardian of the children said the biological parents came to a relatives home where they were visiting and took the children out of her vehicle.
The children taken were 13 year old twins Michael and Mickayla Brummett, 12 year old Kaleb Brummett and seven year old Miley Brummett
Anson says around 2:20 they received an anonymous tip that the children were going to be in the area of 19th and Farnam. "Omaha Police were able to get their quickly and meet up with the children. The children are safe and right now Child Victims/Sexual Assault is investigating this."
The biological parents that were being sought are 47 year old Michael Brummett and 34 year old Brenda Brummett. So far neither one has been taken into custody.
