A tragic accident claimed the life of a fifteen year old this afternoon. The teen was a passenger in their parents SUV when around noon it rolled while trying to pass another vehicle.
The teen's parents have been identified as 44 year old Jeffery Palmer and 42 year old Janet Palmer. Both were taken to a hospital in critical condition. Authorities say the teenager was thrown from the vehicle. The family was on their way to Auburn.
The accident closed Highway 75 near Waverly Road for hours this afternoon.
