A teenager is behind bars after meeting with a fifteen year old girl at a park in Bellevue.
Bellevue Police say nineteen year old Matthew McMullen has been charged with First Degree Sexual Assault and Enticement by Electronic Device.
Officers found McMullen with the girl in a car at Gilder Park near 37th and Chandler around 3:00 Monday morning. They say McMullen and the girl had agreed to meet at the park through text messages.
McMullen is being held at the Sarpy County Jail. The girl was released back to her guardians.
