After a salmonella outbreak in West Point earlier this week, investigators say they have found a link between the cases.
The Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department says 20 cases of salmonella have been confirmed and there could possibly be eight more cases.
Investigators say they believe all of those who have confirmed cases dined at the same restaurant.
Although the source of the outbreak hasn't been proven, they say all of the people with confirmed cases dined at Red Door Coffee in West Point. The department says the owners and staff of Red Door are cooperating with the investigation.
