Three Men Arrested In Connection to String Of Robberies

Three men are behind bars after being accused of a string of robberies in the metro. 

Omaha Police say they were investigating seventeen robberies that occurred between February 16th and April 11th, where suspects targeted cash drawers and ATM's at convenience stores.

The investigation led police to 40 year old Romando Morse, 19 year old Antonio Brown and Brown's 34 year old father Antonio Collier. They say video surveillance from the crime scenes showed the three participating in the burglaries. 

Surveillance was done on the trio by Omaha Police after an attempted robbery in Plattsmouth. With assistance from Cass and Sarpy County deputies, they were able to apprehend the men. 

Evidence recovered links the suspects to at least nine and up to seventeen robberies in Omaha, Bellevue and Council Bluffs. 

Collier and Brown are currently being held in the Douglas County Jail on a number of charges. 

Morse is still being held in the Cass County Jail on a federal detainer, further charges in Douglas County are pending.
