The search is on for the man who robbed a Florence convenience store around 7:00 Monday morning.
It happened around 7:00 at the Florence Food Mart near 31st and I-680. Omaha Police say a man entered the store and told employees he had a weapon. He then stole cash and cigarettes and fled.
Police are looking for a four door silver 1997 Honda Civic that was parked at a nearby car wash. A witness followed the suspect but eventually lost him.
The store has turned surveillance video over to police.
