An arrest has been made in the June 21st death of 23 year old Jessi Domingo near 82nd and Seymour.
52 year old Dustin Salisbury was taken into custody today. He was booked on second degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony. Authorities accuse Salisbury of deliberately hit Domingo with a vehicle after the two men had gotten into an argument.
Salisbury also hit a garage with a vehicle and told police that he had first hit something in a street. It was later that day that Domingo's body was found in an adjacent garage. His body was found by maintenance workers who were inspecting the area for damage.
