A former Omaha gymnastics coach has been arrested in Kansas. James Fogg is accused of taking inappropriate photos of a woman and a teenage girl at the gym where he worked.
Omaha Police sayFogg was taken into custody in Emporia, Kansas. Emporia Police located Fogg at his residence and arrested him on the warrant for manufacturing child pornography.
According to a police report, Fogg took pictures of a 22-year old woman and a 14-year old girl at Premier Gymnastics at 107th and Browne Street without their consent.
The photos allegedly show them in compromising, private positions. The photos were reportedly taken between November of last year and July, 2017.
Fogg is awaiting extradition to Omaha on the felony and other misdemeanor charges.
